When the warlord commits to a new planet what happens to the units that were in hq? Since they are no longer in hq, presumably they are left at the first planet the warlord committed to?
Do the units that were in hq follow the warlord to the new planet even though they are no longer in hq?
Sorry for posting the same question twice. I didn't think the first question had posted.

Foresight is a reaction, so it doesn't change which planet the units from HQ commit, only the Warlord.

Very powerful effect, this, can really make a difference as you get to exhaust an extra card and pretty much choose a planet where you win command and initiative (unless you desperately need to go to the planet where the enemy warlord is and don't have initiative for the turn).

Getting to exhaust two units with Starbane is nice, the card has a shield token AND you can use it as a way to get units from your HQ to one planet while getting your Warlord to a different planet. What's not to love about this card?

1 resource and 1 card for 1 exhaust doesn't sound great to me but it is nice to swap snipe target reactively. Overall though, I have to say that if this wasn't a signature card I'd drop it hard.

This event would be still pretty awesome, if it allows you to commit after your's opponent commitment. But Foresight allows you to commit twice in one turn! You can deny enemy res/cards completely, run away from dangerous situation or chase sth down. Great synergy with Strabane's ablility, his squad and mobility. One of the best signature event right now.

Fantastic Event that is often not reconized as one hell of an effect. For me personally 5/5. This lets you go to the lategame and that's what Starbane wants.

In early game this event help a lot winning commands and in mid to lategame helps a lot to win battles. Or keep Eldy out of troubles.

A compulsory 2x, I think no more nor less were needed.

5/5

Obvious Eldorath synergy, and a powerful manipulation of a core mechanic of the game. Also helps your command game.

4/5 (I review signature cards compared to other signature cards.)
