By far, hands down (get it ;) ), another addition to the best Attachments in Conquest LCG.

PS for those wondering it works with:

- Searing Brand

- Power From Pain

- Visions of Agony

- Soul Seizure

- Experimentations

Out of that list all cards become ungodly powerfull for their cost.

5/5

As long as you use the torture in combat, to minimise the pain of kneeling the warlord, its potent. The fact you don't exhaust the attachment for multiple uses if your warlord is alone at a planet means you can pull some ridiculous shenanigans.

However, it doesn't feel like an early game play, you need your command too much with Urien. 3 shields means you never mind drawing it though.

At least 4/5, need some games to see if its better.

With Visions and Soul Seizure as Actions and Power and Brand being Combat Actions I dont think anyone needs to exhaust their Warlord at all before the the Commands are checked...

Yes, exhausting a warlord is never an insignificant cost, though if you're in the combat phase and have committed Rakarth somewhere relatively safe for a command win, then thats not bad. Likewise, if Rakarth wins his battle and is back at HQ, then any time after that is pretty safe too.

Definitely helps that Power From Pain is one of the best tortures to duplicate, and that can be done without the exhaust cost mattering for the most part, as its strongest at the end of the battle phase.

Without the exhaust cost this would be a clear 5/5. With it, 4/5. Its good, but not as good as Plaguefather's Banner, Glovodan Eagle or Tempest Blade.
