With all due respect, you really should add Hourglass and Ouroboros. They work wonders with that Jinteki ID. Not that flatlining is a bad strategy, but it's much better-suited for the other ID, and work well with your strategy of wasting the runner's time, as does the agenda False Lead. However, I still believe that ID is severely underpowered since the runner doesn't even need to be successful on the central server and can simply jack out after the first piece of ice.
JINteki.

Running zero upgrades is kinda strange imo. How can you control the runs with out it? Not splashing in cards such as Ash 2X3ZB9CY (What Lies Ahead) and especially corporate troubleshooter (core) leaves you no way of protecting your server from a well developed rig. I feel one of these is nearly a must include at this stage of the meta so you can manipulate the runner and place cards in servers otherwise open to attack. Also if you are heading for flatline win condition, why not use Edge of the World (Cyber Exodus)

Hourglass isn't as good with RP as you think. You'll hit the runner once with it. Same with Uroboros. Jinteki just doesn't have the money to pay for them, they are way too expensive.
I really like those videos, keep at it!
However I can't seem to wrap my head around this deck. Would it be too much to ask to play once or twice over OCTGN? I mean 12 Ice? All "small"? I want to believe.

You're missing the point.

The deck doesn't care about protecting remotes. Let them in. Let them play the shell game. Slow them down.

The deck isn't trying to flatline. Though it can. Just make them play the damn shell game and slow them down.

Might look weird to you, because it's unconventional, but hey, he has the tourney prizes right?

12 pieces of ice... my god.

If you overdo it on traps, they'll just make R&D and HQ runs. With 12 pieces of ice, anarchs with datasuckers are going to be able to trash half of it without blinking, especially since it's all weaksauce ice. They might not even need any breakers...

Yeah, Anarchs should wreck this deck pretty hard. But I think it's not meant to be competitve anyway.
I like the idea of it being a trap deck, lulling the runner into false assets that smack their wrists for trying to take what isn't theirs, but I agree with those above, decks that wanna focus on HQ and R&D (Maker's Eye!) or almost any Anarch deck will wreck this pretty easily. Still, it seems like a fun deck to play now and again!
I played a deck very similar to this against an anarch last week. I had more like 16 ICE, but it did very well up until the late game, for just the reason Sieben listed above. The shell game let me get 3 agendas scored, but once Noise had his breakers up and Medium going, he could dig faster and further into R&D than I could draw, so I couldn't get that 4th agenda into my hand to be able to be sneaky with. Wyldside kept him going despite all the net damage (one card from flatlining twice, but close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and thermonuclear war). I've had good luck against other runners though, it was really Medium that was game-winning.

I see what you are saying about using upgrades on the central servers. That would most definitely be beneficial in order to keep them safe. However, when playing Jenteki, protecting them isn't always that important. An errant Maker's Eye run just might kill the runner if lady luck has anything to say about it, let alone grabbing blindly from the hand. The play style utilized by SlySquid is such that no ice ever makes it to his remote servers. He makes it a gamble running at his remotes every time. This deck, (when Zaibatsu is down) has a way of using probability percentile against the runner which is the best part about playing it.

Yes, it is true. A good Anarch deck will ruin his day. But, a good Anarch deck will ruin anyone's day. The few Ice he has are used to protect the central servers only, hence why there are so few. If they are making HQ runs, just make sure you're holding nothing worth seeing. The Corp can control what's in their hand by dumping everything into their remotes. If they're running the R&D, that's awesome. They're paying to break the ice to grab at a card that has a 1 in 5 chance of being what they need. Lest we forget the Snares...

You have a point there. In a tournament setting the deck takes a long time to execute. The timer runs down usually before the win conditions are met. However in a league game or friendly match, it is a force to be reckoned with.

The deck as a whole plays to Jenteki's strengths of misdirection. Not to mention Sly's natural abilities as a bluffer. Keep the questions and comments coming folks. Input is always welcome although we will rebuttal it if there is a case to do so. :)
