Having It All

Economy Magnum Opus, Sure Gamble, Modded, Kate

I need to get Magnum Opus out ASAP, which means using the first Test Run for it if that's what comes up first. The credits need to flow. With Kate and a Modded, a 5-credit install drops to 1. Assemble that rig!

Link Rabbit Hole, Dyson Mem Chip, Kate

Less and less can Runners afford to ignore Corporation traces. Kate gives a link jumpstart, and one Rabbit Hole equals two Rabbit Holes. If I want my full rig, complete with two Datasuckers, then I need at least one Dyson Memory Chip (another link there, as well). Worst case, I can live with one Datasucker. I also need to get to 2 link in order for two of my ICE breakers to move into the cloud and not suck up MUs.

Meat/Net/Brain Damage Protection Public Sympathy

If you haven't yet played with 7 or 9 (or 11!) cards in your hand, I highly recommend the experience. Especially late in the game, you can hold junk cards to absorb net, meat, and brain damage without cringing too much. You also optimize the deck by being able to take in many cards and hold onto them until they are needed.
ICE Breaking Corroder, Snowball, Creeper, ZU.13 Key Master

Not the strongest suite of ICE breakers here, but not too terrible. I prefer Corroder over Snowball, but I want two of each ICE breaker type in my deck and the out of faction influence limit made me select two different barrier breakers here. If I have Magnum Opus down, then I fish for Corroder with the next Test Run that comes up.

ICE Melting Datasucker, Cyberfeeder

These assistants help upgrade the quality of the ICE breaking suite. Kate's recurring ability makes them all the more attractive and painless to install.

Early Game Running/Central Server Pressuring Abilities The Maker's Eye, Inside Job, Tinkering, Datasucker

Shaper running strategy is generally categorized as "build a rig, save credits and run late," while Anarch and especially Criminal decks run early and often. The Maker's Eye pressures R&D, and Inside Job and Tinkering (as long as you have installed at least one ICE breaker) are great early-game running tools. Datasucker can build up credits just running archives, and so this deck can provide pressure against all central servers early—and middle, and late—which will slow down the Corporation. No, it won't be as aggressive as other factions in the early game, but it certainly isn't just going to sit around and let the Corp build up uncontested.

Late Game Fortress Breaking Stimhack

When you just gotta get there. Hopefully there is also an Infiltration to be played first, just to make sure that there isn't one of those …

Deck Speed/Optimization Diesel, Test Run, Quality Time, Public Sympathy, Rabbit Hole

Well, the cost associated with having so many toys is that the deck bloats and becomes inefficient. This bloaty deck comes in at 49 cards, which sounds like just a horrible idea, but with 14 cards available to burn through and optimize the deck, it plays faster than a 45-card deck. You have to have credits in hand in order to convert them into draws, but if you can pull it off, you end up accessing many more cards throughout the game, which can be a decisive advantage.

Also, if you are going for that 2 link why was underground contract not considered for economy card? In fact, where is the rig? did I read this deck wrong?
I'm not sure if you can use Modded to its full extent in this deck. There just aren't enough cards over 4 install costs.
If you really want to keep your datasuckes, find icebreakers that synergizes with them better (Pipeline, Yog.0, Femme, ...). A PipelineSaurus and datasuckers is a viable path. Alternatively, swap the datasucker influence for corroder, and drop snowball.
Otherwise, it's an interesting deck. I hate to have a meta-specific one.
When your strategy features Magnum Opus, you have to recalculate the value of other cards. Cyberfeeders, for instance, are considered to be very good investments. But if you have a MO installed, then each Cyberfeeder in your deck a) takes up space;
The thing is, you are spending extra credits early in order to benefit later. But in my limited experience, later game is when you tend to be able to accumulate extra credits with MO. I'd rather spend only for essentials early on and get them out quickly and let MO earn the credits necessary for big runs later.
So the "Ice melting" category is really taken care of with MO and its credits, which I think in the long run is more effective than spending more credits earlier to install hardware that may pay off later.
Likewise, the Sure Gambles are space-wasters. A click to draw and a click to play for 4 credits breaks even with MO, so there is no need for Sure Gambles. Yes, they could in theory help early if one came up before you install MO, but you also need to have 5 credits in hand to use it. I say let's drop 'em.
As was accurately pointed out in the comments, the Datasuckers were not such a good idea. My initial thought was that being able to run archives for virus counters would pressure the Corp to protect archives, but of course the click to run for the counter can simply be used for a credit (2 with MO) and so the idea doesn't really work.
As a side note, I played this a couple of times and actually provoked the Corp to protect archives, as the stack of virus counters freaked out the player, who was surprised enough to not make the calculation during the game. Of course the more seasoned Corp players would have chuckled at my inefficient strategy, but surprises can short circuit the brain just a bit. :>
Without the Datasuckers, my MU needs dropped, and so did the Dyson Memory Chips, to be replaced with Access to Globalsec for cheaper link. I still need a total of 2 link to get all my programs out, but Kate gives a head start.
I also dropped influence, and so I could get back to 2 Corroders and 3 Inside Jobs.
Finally, with Future Proof out, I simply have to add 3 x R&D Interface. The Shapers can now absolutely melt R&D. Fun times!
So after all is said and done, I think this is more efficient and as a plus, I got down to 45 cards.

But what does look good to me is Emergency Shutdown, and I think that by taking one Inside Job out and adding a third Stimhack along with a surprise Emergency Shutdown, that might be another improvement. With three Public Sympathys, it should be Stimhack Away! when necessary, beginning even in the middle game.
Now as far as those two Gobalsecs go, I would be tempted to keep them (or one, since I added a card in the last paragraph) for the tracey decks and splashes, where too much link is never enough, i.e., Bernice Mai, Flare, Foxfire, Midseason Replacements, Restructured Datapool, SEA Source, etc. I have had some bitter experiences with early-scoring Restructured Datapool. Every Corp turn, trace 4. Arg. :>
The Helpful AI's 2 credits are replaceable with a single MO click (but it does also add a link while its installed), and the Underground Contact is a nice income source considering the links, but for this deck I want to stay with MO for income so long as I can find a better use for that last card or two.
Kraken? Globalsec? All-nighter? Helpful AI? There are cases for all of 'em, I think.
Just to explain why I like Kraken...in my personal experience you often have one handy and you use it after a Makers eye or just a lucky draw and get a central server open again until you complete your rig... and my decks had less early game potencial than this one
