These are the cards that have not chosen to pledge allegiance to one faction or another. Some times their help is provided free of charge. Other times they come at a price ( neutral cards are starting to have influence value).
They are the cards we lean on to fill out our decks and offer some of the most relied upon benefits in the game ( are people making decks without sure gamble these days).
What did the Spin Cycle offer us in terms of neutral cards. Lets check them out...................

I always feel like there's a possibility to combine Raymond Flint with Nerve Agent or HQ Interface, allowing for a multiple-card access any time they take bad pub, but it just feels like too many moving parts.
Totally agree
I have tried him in so many different ways and the return on investment of putting him in just does not pay out yet.

Surprised you guys didn't mention prepaid Pad with Lucky Find. Saw the Pad doing some great heavy lifting at Regionals in Huddersfield - the most effective being an Andy deck with two Pads on the table - "I'll play Lucky Find for 1c". Brutal.
Totally agree
PrePaid Kate is also really dominant because of the install cost being cheaper
Raymond ALSO gives you an additional Expose effect, though, which, in these days of Jinteki's digital-stabby-stab, isn't a bad thing...
Best comedy moment so far was last night when me and my opponent both realised that with his Donut out, my Subliminal Messaging was now a waste of time really 1c for free, but an extra 1c to play! Handy for padding my hand out and obfuscating what I'm discarding, but otherwise not very cost effective!
