The Night’s Watch First Cycle Review

Got time to read a big ass article about the Night's Watch?
Who am I kidding, of course you do!
I did a cycle's end review of the Night's Watch and the cards they got that helped the most, helped the least and the cards that other factions got that impacted the Night's Watch the most.
I hope you all enjoy it. Do you disagree with any? Did I miss a card that you think is a pain for the Night’s Watch? Should I do this for other factions (I’m not offering that, per se, but should I?

Good work Cincinnati Joe. I think it's always good to have a look back at the previously released cards to gain a sense of perspective on the game. It'd be easier to do of course if all factions had a first cycle review. Ahem.
Always good to hear from you, Northampton Richard.
Would you be interested in writing an article for Greyjoy in this fashion?
Clearly you're desperate - I'll do something and then perhaps your experts can improve it!
I wouldn't say desperate
I just think that, if there is a demand for this content, it should be written by someone who actually plays the other factions.
Everything I write is, inevitably, through the lens of a NIght's Watch player.
I can obviously give my opinion on some things, but in terms of what is actually being played, I would just be checking deck lists rather than actually knowing from experience.
For example, the Reader is a good card. But a lot of Greyjoy players run 1 or maybe 2 of him. Is this because he's just a meh card that they like for the intrigue icon? Or is he legitimately a central card that they love seeing consistently?
I wouldn't be able to weigh in on that
.
That would be awesome!
Other people are going to send their write up to me and I'd post it on wardens of the Midwest, but its your content. You can post it wherever it works for you
Thought this said "Fist cycle review". I was interested in what I may have been missing out on.
I was doing Lanni and Targ Sokhar. I haven't started Targ yet so feel free to jump in if you want.
I'll finish Martell in the next couple of days and send it to you
Sokhar, I would love it if you would do Targaryen!
That sounds great! Thanks!
Excellent Article, as a NW player I really enjoyed it and lets me reconsider playing "The Sword in the Darkness" to make that shagga "For the Watch" move
looking forward to the other Cycle reviews
I don't even consider it shagga at this point.
Now I just see it as an awesome ass play haha
