To your comments about running wolves of the north in a deck actually ran a Stark/Watch wolf deck for a few weeks in our game group locally and it did very well. (Notes: I played this pre-ward and First Snow was not heavily used at that moment in our meta) Ghost, Chett, Ranging Parties, and the reducers (mostly for a 1 cost intrigue icon) were my banner cards. I took every wolf character (only 1x shaggy dog though). Nothing was over 5 cost in the deck.
Used 1x A Time for Wolves, 2x Storm of Swords, 1x Sneak Attack (rarely did a challenge other than military anyways) 1x Famine, 1x Wildfire, and Long Winter. The goal was to go first, kill 2-4 per turn with claim, Grey Wind (and wolves of the north making anything grey wind fodder), Put to the Sword, Winter is Coming (that's the +1 claim one right...i always backwards it and For the North). I got a lot of forfiets after keeping a clean board on their side for 5-6 turns. Luckily never played a Martell with Vengeance for Ellia or it could have wiped me out too.
