I have found HoD Harrenhal to be competitive as it helps the missing draw.

Fun Shield Bearer/Outwit fact. Since it is save/cancel response window if your opponent has 3 saves to be used he can use his saves so that Shield Bearers cancels are used up and then use the cancel on Outwit on your Valar even after using saves.

As for the illustrator missing. Most of the agendas are in an art style where there is something in the foreground of a wall of sorts and then there is background scenery. Most of the agendas are missing an illustrator might be for the fact that there are several of them when it is done with this style?
Another completely off-topic artstyle thing. Nearly every shadow card has an artstyle of it being balck & white/dark except one dominant colour.
^ And then after all that, you He Calls it Thinking on the Outwit, leaving the opponent with everyone dead and 3 wasted saves.

The saves would have been wasted anyway thanks to Oberyn's Shield Bearer in that situation so why not try? ;) Not like you are losing anything.
Great guest this week. I love that he was well prepared. One note about the tourney win is that he did it in an environment before The Long Voyage was errata'd.
You know, that's a very relevant bit to mention about his win. We neglected to clarify that the OCTGN tournament was ruled to stick with the FAQ as it stood at the beginning of the tournament rather than changing part way through, which means that TLV was legal for all houses for the duration.
