That Robert is disappointing. For Prized 2 and no noble crest he could have been 3 gold like Daenerys.
The fact that he's 4 strength seems like a big plus. Why not 3 cost like Dany though? Baratheon probably needed the bost from a low cost, high impact unique like that more than Targaryen.

The house of dreams ruling isn't new in anyway. It has been ruled that way since the card was printed, but people rarely do correct start of the game so the HoD player has an advantage. Now there has been a lot of talk about this before partly in the other podcast on how one should react to it.
If you willingly showed them your house and agenda, well you just gave them advantage which you didn't have to give them. I doubt any judge woud DQ someone by that. In this case your opponent is just gaining free information.
Now scouting is forbidden in the tournament rules so it might not be the most sportsmanlike thing to do to switch your HoD location once you have seen another players house/agenda at a tournament when you have not played against them before.
Neat spoiler. To clarify the Deadly ruling; it has wider applications because deadly no longer conflicts with other passives, and therefore interacts differently with passives (eg Frey hospitality). Now the first player can't choose which goes off first, where it would matter. Ire explains the pre-game procedure, but the new addition also includes what to do with setup attachments.
