Beyond the Wall Istaril Darknoj Aaron B Vaapad Regionals Podcast AGOT
This week's episode is finally up, and we apologize for the delay. We start off with two attendees of one of the regional season's openers: NYC. Aaron B. tells us about the winning deck, while Dave S. (vaapad) gives us a peak into the new (beta) tourney software; "Tome". As promised last week, we also go into the big news regarding attachments in 2.0 before closing off with some closing comments - for real this time. Listen to the end, as there is an important announcement regarding next week's episode.

Come on! We need our weekly drug!
Alex Hynes sucks.
Still having some logistical/communication issues here. If it persists, I'll post a shortened form with the content omitted when I get home from work.
Sorry for the delays here! Really not in our hands at the moment.
Cast is going up, article has been edited accordingly.
I would LOVE if FFG setup the tournament software to automatically export H/A/R info. (although hopefully 2nd edition won't have a restricted list any time soon)
That Heads on Pikes plot will be the first restricted card. Seems way too good to not run 2 of them.
Guess it won't matter if it's the only one on the restricted list.
Heads on Pikes = win a mil+int+pow challenge during the plot phase
I love that comparison!
I love how they are handling Strength of schedule. Dropping was a big problem especially at worlds where people just go for promos of games they don't really care about, also (I am hoping this changes too) but I have gotten way to many byes because my name is Zimmer and even though hope don't pair anymore alphabetical at least I don't have to worry about a bye hurting anymore.
I winced at the grammar mistake; Istaril, you are not alone.
Yes, they are identical.
Are we positive about this? They could easily make it that the byes from championships are a win against a player that goes undefeated and would really help your SoS.
Dave said as much in his look at the current (beta) software: it is treating all byes the same. I think that is probably a good thing.
