I know I normally write big paragraphs with a lot of exclamation points and such, but it’s been a long day.
So in lieu of all that, I’ll just say that the deck is so good and fun that it has made me play something other than the Night’s Watch for the last few weeks.
Intrigued? Read my article to learn more

Very nice. Will read again.
The real question for me when looking at knight rush builds with potential use of LSR is, do I go Tyrell/Wolf or Wolf/Tyrell to try to win before Varys hits the table, or do I go Tyrell/Lion to get a safety net in Treachery?
Thank you! I appreciate that
That will come down to personal preference, I think.
I like Tyrell Wolf just because, if I'm going to play a rush deck, I want to rush as fast as possible.
But my friend Mickey built a Lannister Rose deck and it was a much more stable deck. Meaning, it wasn't as fast (because he lacked the card draw to work through his deck and find the Roses), but he had more renown and better knights like Jaime and Gregor. So he was consistently moving towards victory even when he wasn't rushing. And he had Cersei and Tyrion, who helped with hand control etc.
Once the Deluxe Stark box comes out, I'd probably run Stark Rose though, because they are also going to be pretty rushy with the Blackfish and Catelyn (more knights and ladies), so they would work well in a deck like this.
Great read! I have been resisting the urge to build a Knights Deck, mostly because they are going to be everywhere right now and I typically like to play something different than whatever is popular at the time. Which might be part of why I lose so much. At least I can blame that instead of my generally poor play
However, I broke down and built a Knights based Tyrell Lord of the Crossing last night that was crazy fast and rushy. Only played one game, so it definitely may suffer as you mentioned in the article..but it was sure fun to play!
I am typically the same way about playing something other than what is popular (which may explain my Night's Watch addiction), but I just couldn't resist with this deck.
The reason I tend to avoid the top decks is because, in most games, the reason the top decks are top decks is because they have some form of annoying, bullshit or unfair mechanic that makes your opponent frustrated and powerless. I've never liked that gameplay and that's why I've avoided it.
But I've never felt that way about rush decks. They aren't imposing anything on their opponent, they're just moving really really fast haha.
I love Tyrell LotC and it is doing very very well. I've seen a hand full in the top 4 over this past weekend. I'm just curious if it truly holds up against the top tier decks consistently. Feeling compelled to do all 3 challenges every turn can be a little self destructive, after all haha.

Thanks for reading!
