We Defend the Wall Alone Part 1

I asked in the Game of Thrones Facebook Group whether people preferred one big ass article (8,500 words) or 2 smaller (Only 4,300 words each) articles when it came to readability.

Well, it was pretty even between splitting it up and not splitting it up, with House Botley in a distant third, so I decided to break it apart.

So here is Part 1 of my enormous article about The Night’s Watch Fealty deck that I’ve been playing recently. I’ve spoken about it before, as I posted it on Thronesdb.com and I posted videos of me and Daye Kaniel playing the deck, but I’d be remiss if I did not one more time thank Tamas Albeck for inspiring the deck with his brilliant play in Varberg Morghulis that, luckily for us Americans, was recorded and posted for everyone to see.

I’m sure he will disagree with everything I’ve written here, but maybe he’ll appreciate the effort :P. Or maybe he’ll be annoyed that I’m drawing more attention to it? Your guess is as good as mine.

I’ll be posting Part 2 on…I dunno. Friday? Saturday? Whenever.
As always feel free to leave any comments on Facebook, on Cardgamedb, Reddit or wherever else you’d like. And I hope you enjoy the read as much as I enjoyed slaving over a keyboard writing it for, literally, weeks. :)

Hi Joe! I played that deck at Stahleck and didn't make the cut, but finished with the same victories as the 13rd guy, 5. I love the deck, so thanks for sharing :)

I'm glad! What kind of match ups did you see in Stahleck?
