I was also wondering about the Fury of Sicarius combo with Sicarius's chosen - As the fury specifies damaged by an attack, would you still be able to trigger it after dealing damage from a character ability? I'm inclined to say no; I get the feeling that it could only be played as a result of a character exhausting to make an attack.
I agree that would be a no. Good catch!
