On terms of the Conquest release delay, I am guessing AGoT 2.0 is the main culprit for line-wide delays.
Good cast, guys! I have to say I'm not in the Tyranid fan club so far. They seem very clockwork; they need all the pieces. I am super excited to put Alegra to work though!
I am hoping the Necrons do a better job at convincing me to join their ranks.
Try Swarmlord with Savage Prime. Haven't lost a game yet and plays exactly how I pictured the Nids working.
It seems like Savage Warrior and Stalking Lictor are the only real options right now.
Zoanthrope does a really good job wearing down oppoents shields, so I rate it best.
