Speaking of Senseis Divine Top... at least this is not neutral non-unique card. What I always hated with Senseis Divine Top was the fact that once it was on the table it usually added many minutes of game time of your opponent looking at the top cards trying to decide what is the best one of them for the situation. Hopefully it doesn't go to that on Agot :D
You mentioned Smash Up in props and slops. Wil Wheaton had it in his tabletop series.

Darkened Hallways could work nicely with that Tommen.

Where did you guys see the stuff on the clam-shell packaging?
Take a look at the official FFG site posting about the Star Wars force pack announcement.

They don't talk about it explicitly, but the packaging there sure looks like it.

Ah, yep. clam-shell. that sucks.
yeah... the clam is kinda lame ... i heard it from some peeps that the reason they even started the clam is that Target said they would carry X-Wing expansions if they packaged them that way.
I've seen Damon's ruling on Black Sails (you had it right). I've also heard that Nate ruled differently at GenCon. I emailed Nate a week or so ago for an official word and haven't heard back.
Watching documentaries... more priceless advice.

What are these rulings on Black Sails by Damon and Nate(at Gencon)? I can't even think of them right now.
Basically it had to do with cutting the deck and shuffling it after you choose which one is the hold. I think that Damon rules that you cant shuffle the deck after the hold is chosen and Nate ruled that you could. I could totally be off base though. I zone out from time to time.
Actually, Gearhalt, I don't believe we are talking about the same thing.
Damon's ruling is quoted on the agotcards thread for The Black Sails. It says, essentially, that after you shuffle up your deck, you get one chance to make one cut to separate your draw deck from your hold. No counting cards, no adjusting to ensure an equal distribution... you make one cut and that's it.
Nate apparently said the opposite at GenCon, but I have never seen it written down anywhere.
Here's the quote as posted on agotcards: "You may not count cards. The Black Sails Agenda reads, "When you reveal Black Sails as your agenda, shuffle your deck and cut it into 2 stacks." Counting cards is not cutting a deck once as indicated but making multiple cuts each of one card. And nothing in the card text indicates you may make more than a single cut. "
Ah my bad. I zone out when we talk about boring stuff :)
Personally, I think it's a bad move to get that picky about text about cutting. For instance, it's been accepted practice for years that you can cut your opponent's deck any time they shuffle (ie, after something like Summoning Season) but the card doesn't actually getting to cut even once, so......
