So, how does one join the skype group?

Also, I wonder if the Annals create a positive feedback loop. For example, the good players see Bara is on the bottom, so they don't bring Bara, so Bara falls even further into obscurity.

EDIT: Just got to the Targ Summer part. Ya'll are wrong.

The best players are looking for an edge. If they see Bara at the bottom and think that's exploitable (i.e. no one teching for it) then it doesnt remain at the bottom for long. See GJ around the end of the last FAQ cycle.
I can add you directly, scantrell, or you can paste the following link into a skype window then click it it: skype:?chat&blob=vDMrkHbsmkanrMWTrUgW6C_4J-hkRSGm30ssYm-2DKz78fPPayQ4TPdJQEAi6caTeY_L9SoZBkIMiUjdj823trIMVVgoGmuyW0EBj7wKFrnFfBbYyLnIaKmkMOWBxv-flcoHsALxm7NuD2F4G0NwHSCR3eI7xE356FTzxSz-BLdo0e9709azSFWMxHOWI36GOQK0wGiKrH3BqA

I reckon y'all are wrong about the 2 reducers. Have you seen Robby Stark's Stark no agenda? My metamate took a version of it to the top table at the London regional, and last I checked he was running 3 Godswoods. Yes you heard me right, 3. They sometimes work, don't be so judgemental :P

It's a little different with Maege when you're cheating them into play, and when you need to replay a 3 cost character every turn. I've run the Greyjoy one before because it pairs with Refurbished Hulk, but in most decks, most of the time, they're a bad idea.

~Stopped listening when Aaron heaped too much praise on Tagore.

On the 2-costers, they're the same as any other general rule, in that it's ok to break the rule (and include a 2-cost reducer), but you need to know why you're doing it. It's like including Valar - that should be your default position, but it's fine to leave it out, so long as you can appreciate why you can do without it.

Jimmy was the guy from south park you couldn't remember.

Thanks you now I can finally sleep at night!

Great episode guys! Nice work Glazer. Deck Discussion is always great!

Timing question about At the Palace of Sorrow and Frozen Solid:

Aaron mentions that this river is a good solution to somebody frozen soliding your location since you can just river it to your deck and lose the location, which is true, but it's important to remember that attachments become moribund passively, meaning that the evil Stark player can then choose his or her frozen solid to be the target of the river's effect, functionally resetting the situation to where it was before.

Unless I'm missing something, as usual......

pretty sure you are correct OKtarg, I had to look it up few days ago and the most recent ruling on the FFG rules board seems to be that At the Palace of Sorrow effect resolves completely before the attachment becomes moribund:discard, which means that the Stark player can indeed choose the frozen solid to be returned (unless this has changed, pretty sure it has been looked at both ways).

OKTarg, you're correct, as confirmed by ktom.

you could wait to play the location though until get it out of their hand and since its against stark hopefully your stronger at intrigue to eventually do so, but yes it isn't the best answer to it.

Hey guys, sorry for the delay (Memorial Day Weekend vacation), but the spoiler image is up now!

Imo, they had to make Khal until the end of the round because it would otherwise be very difficult to trigger (it would only work for prized ambusher, which I don't think currently exist, or events).

I can see this working well if you just think of it as a prized 2 event working once in a HTTIT rush deck. If such a thing gets just a few more cards to support it (and it looks like going that way to me) then Targ rush could be a thing.

Martell conquest to Targ anyone??

Great cast as always, guys! Glad I finally got to finish it in time for next week haha. Just one thing: No one mentioned to Darryl that Marbrand only works on In-House Armies. If someone said something above, I'm sorry, I skimmed and didn't see it. EDIT: I am retarded.

Great episode guys! The guest host was a little muffled at times, but the great discussion all around made up for it.

Darryl, save your time on the Wheel of Time. Bunch of bitchy, wishy-washy characters who never develop. The books are a serious slog to get through. Got through 3 before I wanted to burn them all.
