Targ KotHH is right now very deadly, and was very common at the French National Championships... I'm relieved. I also think Martell KotHH gains something from having Cyvasse back.

Overall I like him though. With so much stand already mentioned I think icon control may beat kneel (though it doesn't help with dom, granted).
