FAQ for There Is My Claim

@rules

Jojen Reed

- If you choose to discard the revealed cards, Tywin Lannister (LoСR) can be triggered once for each player.

* * * * *

The Wolf King

- Jeyne Westerling cannot stand herself while The Wolf King is attached or if she gains the King or Lord trait from another card. Under the new FAQ, your target in Step 5 be a target among those that were viable in Step 1.

* * * * *

Caswell's Keep

- This ability is triggered after all When Revealed abilities of all plots have resolved.

* * * * *

The Haunted Forest

- The STR bonus applies even if you do not have any defending characters (unlike The Red Keep). It can prevent an unopposed challenge, and multiple Haunted Forests can prevent you from losing a challenge (you your total STR bonus is greater than the attacker's total STR, then the challenge would end with no winner or loser), but in order to actually win the challenge you need at least one participating character.

- The Forced Reaction triggers if you lose any challenge, either as attacker or defender.

* * * * *

Stannis Baratheon

- Your characters also get -1 STR. Stannis doesn't have to participate in a challenge for this ability to have effect.

* * * * *

Aeron Damphair

- If an effect kills multiple characters (e.g. Valar Morghulis), all saves resolve before that kill effect resolves, and Aeron's ability can be triggered after each save (so you can kneel all survivors before Aeron himself gets killed).

* * * * *

Pyat Pree

- If you win by 0 STR, you can use Pyat Pree's ability to shuffle your deck.

* * * * *

Burning on the Sand

- The "set" modifier overrides all other modifiers, so further effects (e.g. Tyrion Lannister (LoCR) ) will not increase claim.

What Jeyne combo are you talking about?  Are you saying that a card that gains the "King" trait via The Wolf King (or any of the other king making attachments) can't be the target of her ability?

There was a broken combo. Now it's gone.

Silly question from a fan of the books who keeps meaning to start playing 2e...

Is the title of this warpack from Renly's "might makes right" speech to Catelyn?

Renly says it to Stannis.

Why not? Why should reactions that raise that not work if they are triggered after Burning on the Sand? I get passives like Muster the Realm, Cersei (Core), but what about if someone plays There Is My Claim/triggers Tyrion *after* Burning?

Is there something in the RR that says "set" means "cannot now ever be modifed ever until the end of the challenge" as opposed to "reduce"?

Asking for a friend.

Renly say it to Stannis, he is referring to his vast army and all the lords that follow him. He proclaims that the whole realm denies Stannis' claim.
