Our staff has put together a first blush analysis of the (sort of) newly released The Banners Gather Chapter Pack. We’ve used a one through five scale; five being the best. All Things Shagga - Martell Choke

And here we are again with another installment of All Things Shagga, this time post GenCon and the lessons learned therein. For those of you that listen to 2C1C, you’ll have already heard some about what I played at GenCon this year, but for those who haven’t or otherwise missed that, I chose to play a rather Shagga deck this year. The deck was inspired by an idea sent to me by our very own Kizerman, which was probably even more Shagga initially with some Maesters and Pale Steel Link shenanigans. So what in the world is the deck, you ask? Why it’s a Martell Treaty with the Isles choke deck!

With very mixed feelings, I'm proud to present my very last regular edition of Fire and Blood. I'm not retiring from Thrones or even from the online community. I am retiring from posting every other week with my half-baked thoughts on my favorite house in the Game of Thrones universe, but rest assured that we are working to fill your deep hunger for all things Targ with some great writers. In the next installment, you can expect to hear a great GenCon recap from one of the players who made the cut with the House of the Dragon, so I'll go a bit light on GenCon material today.

Welcome back! For those that read the previous Wars Are Won With Quills article, this column will have a decidedly different tone. My goal with these articles is to do more than just spout context-free theory - I want to also show how to put these ideas into practice and think like a deckbuilder building actual decks. My aim will be to alternate between theory and practice articles. Let’s begin, shall we?

Forgotten Plans - Unhealthy Attachment

Hello Readers, and welcome back to Forgotten Plans! It's been quite a while since we've had a Forgotten Plans article up, so I'm going to be doing a Top 5 this week, rather than looking at just one card. As I was starting to get back into the game, I noticed that attachments still aren't all that popular, and that negative attachments were even less so. This seemed a bit odd to me since there seemed to be some pretty powerful characters and locations running around out there. Couple this with the fact that I honestly haven't seen hardly any attachment control running around, and attachments are looking pretty good right now. So let's take a look at the Top 5 attachments you should be considering!
